Android - Nextplus SIM card not recognized & Activation Issues

SIM CARD NOT RECOGNIZED

After inserting your SIM card into your Android device and launching Nextplus, you should be able to enter your activation code by going to Nextplus > Menu > Activate Nextplus GO Service.

If you're seeing this blue screen, try logging out of Nextplus.  Log into Nextplus again and you should be able to enter your Activation Code.

  

Activation Issues

Please note that you will need to be connected to WiFi during the activation process. If you're still experiencing issues activating, please provide the following information to our Customer Support team:
1. What device you're using
2. Which carrier provided your device to you
3. Is your device unlocked at the network level?
4. Does your area have coverage? You can check the coverage map at http://nextplus.me/coverage/
